Pam believes the key to the success of a dressage horse is directly related to relaxation and suppleness through the topline. She is also convinced that the best results are achieved through kindness and respect, stemming from her deep love of horses. Her training techniques are aimed at focusing on and magnifying the positive thereby dissolving the negative. She is very non-confrontational and esteem building in her approach. Her training style encompasses a lifetime of experience, both as a trainer and competitor. Pam has a great eye for discerning what the needs of each individual horse are, and then utilizes techniques unique to each situation, while keeping a positive, fresh attitude. She has a God-given gift to be able to get inside the mind of each horse and to be able to communicate with them. Pam's horses all love her, and perform with sparkle and enthusiasm. They all enjoy their work, and under her tutiledge become brilliant and happy performers. |
